The kitchen is modern, functional and equipped with a stove hood and refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and dishes. The apartment has a beautiful balcony with patio furniture and a beautiful private garden (25 mq.) with marvellous views of the golf course and the lake.
