It has a spacious double bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two bunk beds, 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet, a spacious living room with satellite TV and DVD, a comfortable double sofa bed, a kitchenette, dining area, a second bathroom (guests' rooms).

The kitchen is modern, functional and equipped with a stove hood and refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and dishes. The apartment has a beautiful balcony with patio furniture and a beautiful private garden (25 mq.) with marvellous views of the golf course and the lake.
